Where did you mushroom journey begin?

I remember having a mushroom burger from a vegan restaurant and I couldn't believe how meaty and delicious it was that I knew I would be eating many more of these. Then 5 years ago I discovered mushroom coffee and there were different types of mushrooms for different effects. I went down the "rabbit hole" and was mixing all kinds of mushroom powders into my beverages to make tasty elixirs. Oh, and when I was 19, I had a pretty amazing summer day in my backyard with a couple friends doing some inner work and reflecting on the beauty of nature ;)

What is your mushroom spirit animal and why?

The moose keeps reappearing in my life and I have pulled the moose card multiple times in a row when messing around with a spirit animal deck. They're ferocious gentle beings and the largest of the deer species with a very loud bellow. You don't want to mess with them in the wild.

Quote that you live by?

"Say no to the bullshit and say yes to your truths." I kept repeating this to myself one year when I was transitioning out of the career I didn't want and into the one that I wanted (the one I'm in now). Just a great reminder about the power of no.
